Monet’s Garden Umbrella
This chic compact umbrella features a multi-color digitally printed reproduction of a painting by French Impressionist Claude Monet (1840 –1926), depicting his flower garden at Giverny.
Made with an automatic open and close function and constructed of water resistant Pongee, which offers excellent protection from rain. It has a generous 48” arc, a sturdy frame of unbreakable fiberglass ribs and collapses to 12” long. The attached strap fastens in place for easy storage and carrying. There is a loop at the end for hanging.
Monet and other great French artists flourished in 19th century France where the Met’s magnificent production of Puccini’s Manon Lescaut takes place.
